Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused and unworn
• All tags and accessories are included
• The item is in the same condition as when received

Returns cannot be accepted if the above conditions are not met.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

We will provide a replacement or refund at our expense.

Returns Due to Customer Reasons

Returns due to customer reasons (such as incorrect size, change of mind, or different image than expected) are generally not accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrectly shipped items: covered by our store
• Customer-related returns: borne by the customer

Refunds
